Hi, I’m Amy!
I’m a certified Pilates instructor with years of experience helping clients feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident in their bodies. I believe Pilates isn’t just about exercise — it’s about finding freedom in movement and building resilience in daily life.

I specialize in private, one-on-one sessions because I love creating a supportive space where you feel seen and heard. My teaching focuses on meeting you exactly where you are — whether you’re brand new to Pilates, returning after an injury, or simply looking to move with greater ease.
